Dear Customer,

All Viliv S5 undergo a sealing and recovery process just before being packaged and shipped. This AMI recovery process
eliminates all residue of testing, including any possible exposure to virus.

Unfortunately, there are multiple ways that your PC can be exposed to a computer virus or malicious code.
These include using a network (including the internet), data transfer from PC to PC, data transfer from USB memory,
or even using chat programs.

If you are concerned about a virus or virus exposure, please clean the device with the free anti-virus software found at:

Another option, if your operating system has been damaged by virus or malicious code, is to run the AMI recovery process.
This will create a completely new and clean install. Please note that any data or programs that did not come with
the Viliv S5 will be erased, and the S5 will revert to its original factory-fresh state.
