Q1. How to install on my computer without DVD-ROM?

A1. Use the external USB DVD-ROM.

 

Q2. It started windows even connected the external USB DVD-ROM on S5.

A2. In case of S5, execute by hit MENU button to bring up a boot device when viliv logo on, it will enter BIOS mode.

     Confirm the Boot Device Driver-> set up as USB-DVD, double- clicking C button -> Select Save Changes and Exit> Reboot

 

Q3. It started windows even connected the external USB DVD-ROM on X70EX

A3. In case of X70EX, when viliv logo on click B button, after select USB-DVD button.

 

Q4. On screen ¡°Boot CD¡¦¡± and then directly windows, What do I do?

A4. When ¡°Boot CD¡¦¡±on screen click enter key.

 

Q5. How much installation size for Windows7?

A5. It is possible to install Windows7 9GB.

 

Q6. After Windows7 upgrade, it marked ¡°!¡± on driver..

Q7. After Windows7 upgrade, viliv software doesn¡¯t support well.

Q8. After Windows7 upgrade, it started as vista  when I used recovery mode. It is right?

A8. Yes, it's OK. the reason why It set up recovery of vista

 

Q9. it is short of capacity. Can i delete recovery?

A9. If you delete recovery, you can't use recovery tools,

Viliv doen't support the customer service for delete recovery causes technical problem

 

Q10. I can¡¯t find the keyboard when I upgrade Windows 7.

A10. You can find the Microsoft virtual keyboard ICON on Tray bar at the bottom right side.

 

Q11. How can I use the Mouse when I upgrade Windows 7.

A11. Press the Menu button on viliv product for 3 Seconds, after that you can use the Jog key like the mouse.
